About Us

Concord isn't your typical consulting firm; we're an execution company. We help organizations move technology and AI initiatives from concept to measurable capability, working alongside our clients from the initial definition of success through full implementation and adoption.

Our team brings expertise across artificial intelligence and data, digital experience, and platform engineering, enabling the organizations we serve to build lasting internal capability. We operate as a global team, with a presence across the United States, Latin America, Europe, and India, giving our clients access to specialized talent and continuous coverage across time zones.

About The Role

We are seeking a Data Scientist for our growing Analytics practice. In this role, you will be working closely with clients' delivery teams from Marketing and Analytics, as well as the Concord delivery team of project leads, analysts, engineers, and data scientists. This is a client-facing consultant role with room to grow your career along one of the following tracks: technical data & analytics, account leadership, and/or management.

The ideal candidate combines deep analytical expertise, business acumen, and a passion for storytelling with data. You will support clients through descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive stages. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys being at the intersection of analytics, communication, and strategy. You’ll be expected not only to design and implement technical solutions but also to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, mentor junior team members, and manage projects with competing priorities.

The ideal candidate brings deep analytical expertise, strong marketing context, and the ability to translate data into compelling stories. Knowledge of digital measurement, digital marketing, personalization, CDPs, user experience, analytics, and a strong focus on project management is needed to be successful. A broad understanding of SQL or Python will be required for the role.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures.
  • Partner with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define use cases and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Optimize workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering.
  • Collaborate with cloud architects to design cost-effective, high-performance data solutions.
  • Understanding of marketing analytics — preferably CRM or channel analytics

  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, and enjoys talking shop with others. Comfortable with both technically oriented and business-oriented audiences.
  • Ability to problem-solve in a dynamic, changing environment. Ability to gather requirements and generate Data Science & Engineering tickets as needed.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing responsibilities while delivering quality outcomes.
  • Track record of proactive, value-added contributions to internal and client teams.
  • Collaborating with high-performing cross-functional teams
  • A love for data, and sound belief in its possibilities.
Technical Knowledge & Skills
  • SQL & Python are must-haves
