We’re seeking a highly skilled BI Analyst with expertise in Sigma Computing who will play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. You'll take ownership of the data lifecycle—from building robust data pipelines and models to delivering compelling visualizations and dashboards using Sigma—with a strong focus on delivering insights for projects across various industries, tailored to their unique operational and business needs.
About the Role
- Design and develop advanced SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data for reporting and analysis.
- Build interactive dashboards and data visualizations in Sigma, ensuring alignment with business goals and data storytelling best practices.
- Collaborate in designing and maintaining scalable data models and architecture to support analytics needs.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the reports.
- Develop and manage ETL workflows using tools like Databricks or Alteryx to ensure timely and reliable data delivery.
- Work with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS (especially Redshift), Snowflake, Azure, or Google Cloud to manage and optimize data infrastructure.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights, with a focus on KPIs related to finance, operations, business performance, among others.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience building and optimizing dashboards and reports in Sigma.
- Advanced SQL proficiency with the ability to write complex, high-performance queries.
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining ETL pipelines using tools like Databricks and/or Alteryx.
- Experience working with cloud data ecosystems, especially AWS services like Redshift, S3, and Glue.
- Familiarity with scripting (e.g., Python) to support automation of data workflows is a plus.
- Experience with relational databases such as Redshift, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, SQL Server, or MySQL.
- Experience in Digital Transformation/ IT Consulting companies is a plus.

Job Specifications
- Employment Type: Full-time, long-term employment with Concord.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid-flex. 1–2 days on-site, with flexibility. Open to remote candidates located outside the Kansas City area.
