Data Scientist | Full-Time Temporary (W-2)

Pay: $43.00 - $70.00 per hour (W-2), based on experience level and assignment
Location: North Carolina; on-site, hybrid, or remote depending on the assignment

Data Scientists find the story in the data and build models that help leaders make better decisions. You'll analyze data, build predictive models, and present findings clearly.

What you'll do

• Analyze large datasets to find patterns, trends, and insights
  
• Design and build predictive models and machine learning algorithms
  
• Collect, clean, and prepare structured and unstructured data
  
• Build efficient data workflows
  
• Translate business questions into analytic approaches
  
• Present findings with clear visualizations
  
• Evaluate and improve models over time
  
• Build dashboards to track key metrics
  

What you'll need

• Python or R, SQL, and common ML libraries
  
• Strong statistics foundation
  
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Degrees and certifications are verified before placement.
