Brooksource is searching for a visionary Data Scientist with expertise in creating impactful dashboards and visualizations to join our Fortune 500 Telecommunications client in South Charlotte, NC. This Data Scientist will join the Reporting and Analytics team to enhance the company's data reporting capabilities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Data Science, Analytics, or a similar field, and will be organized, dependable, and experienced in transforming data into actionable insights. This role requires skilled execution of the following key tasks and project elements:

• Creating dashboards and visualizations from complex data sets
• Understanding business use cases and impacts to effectively display data
• Independently generating multiple graph options for stakeholder discussions

Qualifications:

• (Required) Strong experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (e.g., Python, R)
• Experience with data manipulation and transformation (e.g., SQL, ETL processes)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills
• Detail-oriented and analytical
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated
• High computer competency (Office 365 Suite, Project Management Tools, Adobe Acrobat)
