Job summary

Talentify, working with Credit Union of Texas in Allen, TX, seeks a Data Scientist to mine and analyze data to drive product development, marketing optimization, and business strategies. You will develop advanced models and algorithms to inform decisions and apply predictive analytics across multiple domains.

You will build and maintain an A/B testing framework, ensure data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, related field or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Mine and analyze data from databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
• Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize member experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
• Develop company A/B testing framework and test model quality.
• Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

Education requirements:

Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, related field or foreign equivalent.

Required Related Occupation Experience

Two (2) years of related experience which must include experience in manipulating data sets and building statistical models; coding; statistical and data mining techniques; querying databases; and, using statistical computer languages.

Experience may be gained concurrently.
