Job summary

Corteva Agriscience is offering a full-time internship in Computer & Data Science in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will work with experienced scientists on diverse CS projects, from automation and ML to data visualization and GIS, gaining hands-on experience and networking across the company.

Ideal candidates are pursuing CS/DS degrees, have completed relevant coursework with a 3.0 GPA, and are willing to relocate for a 10-week, full-time program starting in May.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Computer Science/Data Science/Automation or related field.
• Must have completed two full years of undergrad CS/DS curriculum including labs.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Ability to relocate to Indianapolis, IN for the internship.
• Available for full-time, 40 hours/week, for at least 10 weeks (May–Aug).
• Experience with Python, R, and cloud platforms is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work on computer science-based projects including automation, software engineering, information science, ML, databases, visualization, statistics, GIS, and modeling.
• Gather requirements from business users and identify opportunities to improve tools, workflows, and processes.
• Explore AI/ML, analytics, and automation to improve efficiency and data-driven decision making.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions using historical data to guide templates, workflows, or task structures.
• Integrate data from multiple internal sources to enhance data quality, dashboards, and insights.
• Contribute to internal tool development through workflow automation and process improvements.
• Collaborate with GIS efforts to develop new data products and assessments.
