Job summary

Swift is seeking a Data Science Software Engineer to join a growing team in Annapolis Junction, MD. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Twenty (20) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• US citizenship and an active security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and prototype analytics solutions and tools that support compliance and business processing functions.
• Create automated approaches to streamline compliance processes and enhance existing capabilities.
• Research, integrate, and validate ML and AI solutions within an R&D environment.
• Develop analytical models, establish performance metrics, and implement monitoring capabilities to assess and optimize tools, processes, and data workflows.
