Solventum seeks a Senior Data Science Software Engineer to design and deploy advanced AI models within our software ecosystem. Remote-friendly role focused on health data and scalable pipelines.

You will collaborate with product owners, integrate models into cloud-native services, and help with data ETL processes. Requires strong Python, PyTorch, and cloud experience; Masters preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7 years of software development experience, preferably Java or Python OR High School Diploma/GED with 11 years of software development experience, preferably Java or Python.
• 5 years of experience using the Python programming language.
• 5 years of experience using PyTorch or another ML framework; 3 years of experience developing cloud-hosted applications.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7 years of software development experience, preferably using the Java and/or Python programming languages OR High School Diploma/GED from AND 11 years of software development experience, preferably using the Java and/or Python programming languages AND In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: 5 years of experience using the Python programming language 5 years of experience using PyTorch or another machine learning framework 3 years of experience developing cloud-hosted applications

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Master's degree in Computer Science or related from an accredited institution Experience with medical coding systems such as ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, etc.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected compensation range for this position is $124,000 - $170,500, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
