Job Summary We are seeking an experienced technical leader to play a key role on a high-performing software development team focused on building best-in-class cloud-based solutions. This position requires deep expertise in AWS technologies and a strong understanding of modern software architecture and engineering practices. In this role, you will champion service-oriented design principles, help define and implement automated deployment strategies, and drive the successful release of system components into AWS environments. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, clinical analysts, and other cross-functional product team members to deliver innovative, scalable, and reliable solutions. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You may also engage directly with customers to gather system requirements, troubleshoot operational challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The expected compensation range for this position is $124,000 - $170,500, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
