Credence is seeking a Data Science Manager to transform complex DoD data into actionable insights through analytics, dashboards, and automation. You will connect data across enterprise systems, improve quality, and translate business needs into scalable BI solutions for Air Force stakeholders.

The role emphasizes collaboration with multiple teams, data governance, and development of visual storytelling to support strategic decisions. Secret clearance required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance or higher is required.
• BA/BS degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or 6+ years directly related experience.
• Knowledge of government data systems, analytics platforms, and DoD acquisition processes.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense/View, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Transform procurement, logistics, and enterprise data into actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and BI tools across DoD data sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and prioritize visualization requirements.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and metadata documentation.
• Create Python scripts for data translation from multiple sources.
• Support data pipelines, data integration, and automation efforts.
• Present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Serve as a BI subject matter expert for visualization best practices.
