Data Science Manager (Multiple Vacancies)

Position: Data Science Manager (Multiple Vacancies)

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with practice leaders to translate business problems into data science solutions and propose approaches.
2. Develop project plans with milestones, deadlines, owners, risks, and contingency strategies.
3. Assemble and manage large, complex datasets from various sources to meet business needs.
4. Build analytics tools to generate insights on customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and key performance metrics.
5. Perform data cleaning, quality control, and data integration from internal and external sources.
6. Conduct exploratory data analysis, data mining, and document insights for decision-making.
7. Train, validate, and cross-validate predictive models and machine learning algorithms using advanced techniques and tools.
8. Document model results for client deliverables and assist in deployment within client architectures.
9. Manage data analyst project work.

Additional Details:

• Remote work permitted from any U.S. location.
• Domestic travel approximately 10% for client meetings and project needs.

Salary & Benefits:

$126,194–$145,000 annually, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, paid holidays, commuter benefits, spending accounts, life insurance, disability coverage, and EAPs.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Quantitative Methods, Operations Research, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in advanced data science, including predictive modeling and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency with R, Python, or Scala for data science tasks.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases, including query optimization.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
