You will drive innovative ML-driven personalization models for internal and external partners, translating business goals into analytics solutions. You will work with marketing leadership to define growth strategy, guide end-to-end projects, and mentor a high-performing team while upholding Ibotta’s core

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a measurement-driven function with leadership exposure.
• Experience hiring, leading, developing, and retaining talent.
• Strong background in data analytics, ML, and statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead data science projects end-to-end: requirements gathering, data prep, modeling, evaluation, and productionization.
• Build centralized code repositories, packages, and Python workflows.
• Implement MLOps practices and scalable insight delivery.
• Balance advanced ML with descriptive analyses to meet business needs.
• Communicate models and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Lead department initiatives and cultivate a strong team culture.
• Monitor industry trends and drive continuous improvement.
