B2Spin in the United States is seeking a Data Science Manager to lead and grow the data science team across product, marketing, performance, and beyond. Reporting to the Head of Data, you’ll set the quality bar for modelling and experimentation, translate business needs into clear priorities, and act as the connective tissue between data scientists and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on data science background with models, experiments, or analyses used by other teams.
• Domain experience in recommendations, causal inference, churn, CRM analytics, or fraud/anomaly detection preferred.
• Strong statistics, supervised/unsupervised learning, and causal thinking applicable across tracks.
• Evidence of leading others as a tech lead or hiring interviewer is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the team output and shape the data science roadmap to align with business goals.
• Bridge data science with business, translating needs and communicating trade-offs clearly.
• Raise quality bar, review approaches, and step in to ensure coverage and rigor.
• Hire, coach, and grow data scientists; manage performance and career development.
• Drive rigorous experimentation with A/B testing and causal inference across tracks.
