Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS, data analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in a measurement-driven role with leadership exposure.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience hiring and retaining talent.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in media measurement preferred.
• Ability to distill complex analyses into actionable insights.
• Collaboration across functions is essential.
• Experience with causal inference, regression, A/B, ML, and advanced modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and data visualization tools.
