Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of analytics experience; Master’s or MBA with quantitative concentration plus 4 years; PhD plus 1 year of analytics experience.
• Experience using open source languages for large-scale data analysis.
• Experience with machine learning and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and mitigate systemic risks within a multi-model decisioning infrastructure.
• Identify gaps using advanced statistical tools and existing or new infrastructures.
• Build and deploy ML solutions centered on Large Language Models and Agentic AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, analysts, and engineers to deliver tools for the business.
• Translate complex work into tangible business goals.
