Qualificações

• Experience in fraud analytics, data science, machine learning, or risk management.
• Spark/PySpark for large-scale data processing and production ML solutions.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills for data extraction, analysis and modeling.
• Hands-on ML modeling using Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, Pandas, NumPy.
• Strong grounding in statistics, experimentation and model validation.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and mature the Emerging Fraud Risk capability with scalable detection pipelines.
• Identify emerging fraud threats across Credit Card and Lending products.
• Apply analytics, anomaly detection, behavioral modeling and network analysis to uncover fraud risks.
• Investigate complex emerging fraud behaviors and translate findings into actions.
• Bridge between monitoring and incident response to prioritize early risk indicators.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to develop fraud mitigation solutions.
• Design and recommend detection strategies and control enhancements.
• Lead end-to-end analytical initiatives on large datasets to improve fraud prevention.
• Provide expertise in fraud analytics and risk modeling with best practices.
