Job summary

L’Oréal USA invites ambitious students to join our 11-week paid Summer Internship Program. You will be fully integrated into day-to-day activities and lead your own strategic project, presenting insights to senior leadership.

Rolling applications open Aug 14 through Sept 30, with relocation support per policy. To qualify, you should be enrolled in a 4-year college, graduating between Dec 2027 and July 2028, with a minimum 3.5 GPA, and be able to start full-time in Sept 2028 after graduation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university and expected to graduate between Dec 2027 – July 2028.
• Willing to relocate to any USA-based office with a summer internship opportunity (including New York, NY).
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and model large datasets to uncover trends and insights.
• Build data-driven solutions using Python, R, SQL, and analytics techniques.
• Apply statistical modeling and machine learning to real-world business challenges.
• Create data stories via visualizations and presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and big data technologies.
• Support data products with focus on data quality, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs.
