You will partner across functions to turn priorities into dependable work while helping build the processes behind the work in an early-stage company.

The successful candidate will learn, communicate tradeoffs, and operate with appropriate autonomy, shaping how the Data & Analytics function develops as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with data analysis concepts and governance is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Demonstrated self-motivation through coursework, projects, or volunteering.

Responsibilities

• Support data, analysis, modeling, and governance efforts.
