AARP is seeking a paid Data & Analytics internship to advance data preparation, BI reporting, and AI-enabled analytics. The role focuses on building dashboards, automating data workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive insights across marketing and digital analytics.
The internship begins May/June 2026, runs through the summer with potential extension. Hybrid in-office schedule with remote days on Mondays and Fridays within the United States.

The ideal candidate wants to hit the ground running by managing and executing efforts to prepare data for advanced analytics, creating dashboards to report on business intelligence KPIs, and using modern AI tools to support analytical efforts. This paid internship has an anticipated start date of May/June 2026 and will go through the end of the summer, with the possibility of extending additional semesters.

AARP observes Mondays and Fridays as remote workdays, except for essential functions. Remote work can only be done within the United States and its territories.
The hourly range is $18 for undergraduates, $21 for graduate students, and $28 for Ph.D. candidates. Internships are non-exempt positions and are not eligible for employee benefits.
