• Collect, clean, and analyze operational data from various departments (project management, time and material tickets, equipment tracking, etc.).
• Automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows.
• Support predictive analytics initiatives (e.g., project timelines, cost forecasting, equipment usage).
• Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to identify areas where automation can reduce manual work.
• Document findings, processes, and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Required Tech Stack & Skills

• Programming Languages: Jupyter Notebook, Python, (NumPy, PyTorch).
• Data Visualization: Python libraries such as matplotlib.
• Data Management: Excel/Google Sheets (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros).
• Automation Tools: Power Automate, UiPath, or similar (basic exposure is a plus).
• Version Control: Git/GitHub (basic familiarity).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms for data storage or analytics.
• Exposure to machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Understanding of APIs and data integration.
• Interest in the construction industry and operational workflows.

Working Conditions

Office/Outdoor Environment – sitting at a desk, physical requirements, such as climbing, standing, stooping, or typing. Ability to lift 5-20 pounds occasionally.
