Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1+ year of relevant administrative experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide calendaring and administrative support for the Office of Faculty Affairs.
• Coordinate operations and travel, meetings, purchasing, and expenses for faculty.
• Track logistics and funding for PhD travel and conferences.
• Handle confidential materials and correspondence as needed.
• Support events, catering, room reservations, itineraries, and travel coordination.
