RTX is offering a Monday-Friday Co-Op in Aguadilla, PR, focused on data science and software engineering. You'll learn end-to-end data processes, help develop data pipelines, and support data quality checks while writing Python scripts to transform data into insights.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in Agile sprints, and prepare documentation and presentations for diverse audiences. Must be a U.S. citizen and reside in Puerto Rico at start.

Immerse yourself in a Monday-Friday Co-Op session, that will run from January to June (it is expected students will take this time off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).

This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and students must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in Data Science or Computer Science Engineering.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Pursuing bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields


• Demonstrated experience leveraging strong communication, teaming and results oriented skills.


• Prior experience communicating across teams and platforms to successfully collaborate on projects/goals.


• Experience leveraging excellent written and verbal communication skills to deliver successful programs.

Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico on a regular basis with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.
