Job summary

Predictive Sales AI, LLC in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a Data Science Engineer to design and operate the data and ML foundations behind PSAI’s predictive products. You will build scalable pipelines and warehouse/lakehouse models across CRM, marketing, and product events, ensuring reliability and performance at scale in hybrid remote-friendly environments.

Role requires deep expertise in Python, SQL, Azure, and end-to-end ML deployment with ML lifecycle tooling.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Data Science, CS, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in data engineering, ML engineering, or data platform development.
• Minimum 2 years deploying ML models into production workflows.
• Experience building pipelines and warehouse systems at scale (>100GB datasets).
• Strong Python and SQL with focus on data quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate data and ML foundations for PSAI’s products.
• Build scalable pipelines and warehouse/lakehouse models across CRM, marketing, product events, and external datasets.
• Own pipeline SLAs, monitoring, and postmortems.
• Mentor junior engineers through pairing, code reviews, and documentation best practices.
