Job Description:

The Manager, Analytics & Data Products reports to the Director, Analytics & Data Products. This role manages and delivers analytics projects related to real-world data, precision medicine, and life sciences data initiatives. It partners with the RWE/RWD and clinical teams to leverage data assets for high-quality evidence and insights, serving as an analytical leader with high visibility across the organization and with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead data deliverables for real-world data projects
• Generate and communicate key findings and insights
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on project scope and development
• Advise teams on data assets and capabilities
• Build strategic frameworks for key work areas
• Manage relationships with external partners, including timelines and touchpoints
• Lead and develop a team of analysts
• Support the mission to improve lives through data-driven insights

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare industry, preferably oncology or real-world data
• Experience with healthcare datasets, including EMR
• Proficiency in SQL
• Familiarity with statistical techniques in Python or R (e.g., Kaplan-Meier, Cox models) is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization
• Analytical mindset with pragmatic problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership and team support skills fostering collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5+ years in healthcare industry, preferably in oncology, life sciences, or real-world data
• Remote work from Chicago, Nashville, or hybrid with travel flexibility
