Job summary

Concord USA seeks a Data Science Analyst to combine Data Science, BI, Experimentation, and Marketing Analytics to support clients. You will architect and maintain analytics pipelines, manipulate data with SQL/Python/R, and apply ML methods to drive business insights.

You will design analytics solutions with clients, create dashboards in BI tools, and advise on the best data products to address key business questions. Remote-friendly across the US.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of digital analytics or machine learning experience.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of data analysis and storytelling with Tableau, Looker, GA4, or BigQuery.
• Python experience (including Spark/PySpark) is a plus.
• Experience with analytics platforms like Databricks or Snowflake is preferred.
• Cloud provider experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) is preferred.
• Knowledge of statistical tests, A/B testing, predictive analytics, or ML is a plus.
• BS/BA in Statistics, CS, Marketing, Psychology, UX, or Business or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively design and implement data & analytics solutions with clients, from design through delivery.
• Provide rigorous analyses tailored to the client use case.
• Interpret data to generate actionable strategies.
• Use SQL, Python, R, or similar tools to perform analyses.
• Apply supervised and unsupervised ML techniques as appropriate.
• Create and evaluate prompts and responses for data products using LLMs.
• Build dashboards in Tableau or similar tools emphasizing core KPIs.
• Advise on the most fitting type of analysis or data product for business questions.
