Job summary

Concord USA is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to join our BI team. You will focus on data preparation, data transformation, and analytics engineering across the modern data stack to deliver trusted, scalable data products and dashboards.

The role requires strong SQL and Python, experience with Databricks and Snowflake, and collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into data models and analytics use cases. Hybrid work arrangement with on-site days in KC or Minneapolis.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in BI engineering, analytics engineering, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customized SQL queries, data models, and reporting data structures.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and DB architecture.
• Develop ETL/ELT processes across Databricks, Snowflake, and cloud platforms.
• Translate business requirements into data models and analytics use cases.
• Profile and validate data to ensure accuracy for dashboards and reports.
• Develop automation with Python and SQL to improve data workflows.
• Collaborate with data engineers, BI developers, analysts, and stakeholders.
