Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a Strategy & Consulting professional to design and deliver Finance, Risk, and Compliance data strategies that enable AI evolution and executive decision-making. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Risk and Regulatory Management consulting from a competitive firm.
• 5+ years in Finance, Risk and Regulatory Compliance with experience in data strategy, governance, or transparency.
• Data Strategy and Governance: defining functional and enterprise data strategies, establishing frameworks and aligning with regulatory expectations.
• Data Transparency: mapping data movement and transformation, metadata, tooling guidance.
• Data Quality and Controls: defining quality metrics and control frameworks.
• Data Modernization: creating Finance and Risk data products, cloud adoption, AI-enabled architectures.
• Regulatory knowledge across regimes (e.g., BCBS, Dodd-Frank, FINRA, SEC).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Finance, Risk, and Compliance data strategies and governance approaches for AI evolution.
• Establish transparency into data movement to provide leadership with trusted information.
• Develop and implement data quality and control frameworks.
• Modernize Finance, Risk and Compliance data landscape with data product models and AI-enabled architectures.
• Engage with client executives to connect business, risk, data and technology.
• Support project teams and use analytics to improve ways of working for people and processes.
• Manage project teams, deliverables and budgets across workflows.
• Attract new business with thoughtful proposals and strong client relationships.
• Promote Accenture initiatives and products within the practice.
• Monitor how new regulations and technologies affect clients and Accenture.
