Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking a Data Review & Compliance Leader to supervise a team of data reviewers and ensure GDP and cGMP standards are upheld. The role requires coordinating workloads, training staff, and maintaining strong client communication.

The position is full-time with a second shift (12pm-8pm) and requires commuting within Columbia, MO area. 25% travel may be required; not remote.

Qualifications

• BS in chemistry, biology, biochemistry or related field.
• 2+ years of cGMP experience and 2+ years of leadership.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• High integrity with focus on data quality and compliance.
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of data reviewers.
• Coordinate team workload and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Track, monitor, and report productivity and quality metrics.
• Serve as contact for client and internal teams.
• Conduct safety walkthroughs and compliance checks.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new hires.
• Support scheduling needs including overtime and weekend coverage.
