Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a driven Analytical Sciences Data Review Group Leader to support GMP laboratory operations and mentor a high‑performing team. This role blends hands‑on data review with leadership to ensure high‑quality, compliant analytical data.

The ideal candidate has strong cGMP experience, expertise in analytical techniques, and a proactive leadership style focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry or related field required.
• 2+ years of cGMP experience and 2+ years of leadership.
• Experience with HPLC/UPLC, UV-Vis and LC data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Data Review & Compliance: review GMP analytical data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with procedures.
• Verify logbook entries for completeness and correctness.
• Confirm chain of custody integrity for all tested samples.
• Review audit trails to ensure proper execution and adherence to procedures.
• Communicate with laboratory personnel to resolve discrepancies, annotations, and corrections.
• Apply GDP in all records including logs, notebooks, and electronic systems.
• Perform safety and compliance walkthroughs and document observations.
• Complete all required safety trainings.
