Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking a Data Review & Compliance Leader to supervise a team of data reviewers and ensure GDP and cGMP standards are upheld. The role requires coordinating workloads, training staff, and maintaining strong client communication.

The position is full-time with a second shift (12pm-8pm) and requires commuting within Columbia, MO area. 25% travel may be required; not remote.

Qualifications

• BS in chemistry, biology, biochemistry or related field.
• 2+ years of cGMP experience and 2+ years of leadership.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• High integrity with focus on data quality and compliance.
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Data Review & Compliance

• Review GMPdata for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with governing procedures
• Verify logbook entries for completeness and correctness
• Confirm chain of custody integrity for all tested samples
• Review audit trails to ensure proper execution and adherence to procedural timelines
• Communicate efficiently with laboratory personnel to resolve discrepancies, annotations, and corrections
• Apply Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in all records, including logbooks, notebooks, and electronic systems
• Perform laboratory safety and compliance walkthroughs and document observations
• Complete all required safety and procedural trainings

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of data reviewers
• Coordinate team workload and ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Manage cross-training initiatives and team capacity planning
• Track, monitor, and report productivity and quality metricsServe as a proactive and effective point of contact for client and internal teams
• Conduct routine safety walkthroughs and employee compliance checks
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Deliver training programs for new hires and existing staff
• Support scheduling needs, including overtime and weekend coverage as required
• Ability to direct and monitor work assigned to team members.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with staff and members of other departments.

Qualifications
