Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years designing and developing large-scale distributed systems.
• 5 years in Cloud building or operating large-scale, managed services.
• 3 years in people management of software engineering teams.
• 2 years building Generative AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of 8 engineers, setting technical direction.
• Oversee architecture and optimization of high-throughput batch pipelines scanning hundreds of billions of objects daily.
• Drive integration of generative AI into the SDLC for proactive compliance.
• Own end-to-end automation, policy verification, and governance of GCP endpoints.
• Design resilient architectures to accelerate compliance onboarding for Google Cloud teams.
