Data Researcher - Private Clinical Practice

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Researcher to support our clinical recruitment team in leveraging data to improve candidate pipelines and help make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will work with systems to provide actionable insights through data collection, analysis, and visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the clinical recruiting Vice President to identify strategies for data research.
2. Extract and analyze data from various systems and research sources.
3. Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
4. Develop reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
5. Enter data into systems provided to upload research findings.
6. Make decisions to identify key areas of research.

Requirements:

• Minimal qualifications: college student.
• Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, Word, or visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong communication skills to present findings to the clinical recruiting team.
• Ability to work independently.
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
