Job summary

The Children's Integrated Services (CIS) unit in the Child Development Division is recruiting a Data and Reporting Coordinator to dive into CIS data, describe connections across datasets, and link CIS data to the priorities of CDD.

The role leads CIS data collection and analysis, supports Vermont's IDEA Part C annual reporting, and collaborates with providers statewide to troubleshoot data issues while ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business or public administration, statistics, or information technology field.
• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, statistics, or information technology field with 1+ year data administration, business analysis, statistics, or design work.
• Four years or more of data administration, business analysis, statistics, or design work.

Responsibilities

• Processing Prior Authorizations for CIS-Early Intervention providers
• Reviewing and approving invoices
• Overseeing and ensuring CIS's data entry and data integrity
• Supporting the writing and submission of Vermont's federal IDEA Part C Annual Performance Report
• Providing technical assistance to providers related to CIS data submission
• Developing reports from CIS data
• Contributing to the continuous quality improvement of CIS
• Engaging with partners across the state to support CIS data collection and analysis and CIS service delivery, and to troubleshoot CIS billing issues
