Job summary

Beacon Pointe Advisors is hiring a Reporting Associate to help maintain firm data for performance reporting and support internal projects. You will manage client information, coordinate New Account Setups, audit data, and monitor the reporting and billing cycles to ensure timely delivery of reports.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Analytics/Finance/Business with 1–2+ years in reporting, strong Excel skills, and a detail‑oriented, collaborative mindset in a fast-paced advisory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance or Business is preferred.
• 1–2+ years of reporting and operations experience, ideally in financial services.
• Proficient with Excel and multiple data sets; strong troubleshooting ability.
• Attention to detail with solid organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Input and update client information in internal systems.
• Coordinate external resources for New Account Setup per policies.
• Audit data to ensure accuracy across systems.
• Monitor data sync between reporting system and CRM.
• Oversee reporting and billing cycles, deliver reports, and audit issues.
• Research and classify securities using multiple information sources.
• Support custom reporting for Alternative Investments.
• Handle CRM queue inquiries and resolve data discrepancies.
