As a Data Reporting & Analytics Sr Analyst you will support the Data Analysis Team within the Data Operations organization, by creating automatic processes to gather, transform, analyze, and visualize data to help senior leadership make better decisions. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a process-improvement and data-driven mindset.
In this role, you will be responsible for acting as a OneTru Platform’s data processing metrics SME, and a very important point of contact to provide other types of analysis and data associated with the same platform.

What You'll Bring:

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in analytics or data analyst role in the tech industry.

• Excellent communication and writing skills in English (B2+ or C1 minimum).

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimum supervision.

• SQL – Advanced.

• R Studio (preferred) or Python – Intermediate

• Microsoft Excel – Intermediate.

Nice to Have:

• Automation (Jenkins, Task Scheduler, or any other that applies) – Intermediate.

• Experience with Jira.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerBI.

• Experience with ETL.

• Experience with Confluence.

Impact You'll Make:

Main responsibilities:

• Monitor and resolve issues that arise during script execution, dashboard updates, or data analysis processes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all procedures related to data collection, transformation, and visualization, and ensure timely updates as processes evolve.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams or subject matter experts to diagnose and resolve technical or data-related challenges.
• Support team development by mentoring, training, or providing guidance to junior team members as needed.
• Develop and maintain scripts for data extraction, transformation, and visualization tailored to business needs.
• Automate existing data collection, reporting, and dashboarding processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Respond to ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests from internal stakeholders.
• Continuously identify and implement more efficient methods for completing recurring tasks and workflows.
• Analyze databases to uncover trends, anomalies, or insights that should be communicated to relevant stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with the latest features, components, and best practices related to the OneTru platform and its associated solutions.
• Proactively lead data analysis initiatives that leverage the OneTru platform to drive team growth and strategic insights.

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
