About the Role

We are looking for a talented and self-driven Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping and scaling our new data pipelines for real estate listings and public records. Your work will directly impact the backbone of multiple products and theirinfrastructure, helping ensure the highest standards of data accuracy, automation, and accessibility.

You’ll leverage Python, SQL, predictive analytics, and business intelligence to automate processes, optimize data operations, and support key decision-making initiatives. What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain automation scripts and data tools in Python to streamline operational workflows across REalchemy's systems.
• Use SQL to extract, transform, and report real estate data from multiple structured and semi-structured sources.
• Identify automation opportunities, define project requirements, and lead execution from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Develop and maintain strategic BI dashboards tailored to the needs of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of timely, actionable insights that drive business growth and operational excellence.
• Apply predictive analytics and modeling techniques to optimize processes and drive smarter business decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Data Operations) to ensure clean, scalable, and reliable data pipelines.
• Document processes, maintain code version control, and uphold best practices for data integrity and reproducibility.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, automation engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Advanced skills in Python for automation and scripting (we’re not looking for a software developer. If you can solve a problem in Python as a data analyst, that’s all that matters).
• Strong command of SQL for complex data manipulation and reporting.
• Working knowledge of predictive analytics and business intelligence.
• Proven self-starter with a track record of independently leading and delivering high-impact projects.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on with data visualization tools like Quicksight, Tableau or similar platforms.

Bonus Points

• Experience working with real estate data (MLS listings, public records, market analytics, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud services and data infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Exposure to workflow automation tools and APIs.
