Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Reporting & Data Analyst to design and develop reporting and analyses supporting Managed Services customers and colleagues. You will create dashboards and reports using data, systems, and reporting tools to deliver accurate insights.

The role requires strong Excel VBA skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to interact with stakeholders to expand reporting capabilities and improve data quality. A bachelor’s degree in business is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent, plus strong Excel VBA experience.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Report Generation: Create weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and annual reports per management requirements.
• Design standardized reporting formats using system data and department needs.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting utilizing reporting systems as requested by managers.
• Interact with stakeholders to identify new reports or updates to existing reports.
• Troubleshoot and improve existing reporting and data solutions; ensure data quality in reporting.
• Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures as required.
