Job summary

City Of Atlanta Careers in Atlanta is seeking a dedicated analyst to provide project coordination, administrative, procurement, and grantmaking support for the Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs (OCA), supporting both the Public Art and Arts Education programs.

Duties include but are not limited to assisting with project planning and procurement; coordinating grantmaking, grantee communication, documentation, and reporting; and supporting Public Art projects through communication and

Qualifications

Experience coordinating projects, procurement, and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to generate actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project planning and procurement for the Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs (OCA).
Support grantmaking, grantee communication, documentation, and reporting.
Assist with Public Art projects through coordination with muralists, artists, and community partners.
Support artist calls, commissions, jury/selection panels, documentation, and payments.
Support Arts Education grants and programs and perform related tasks.
