Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and ability to write complex queries.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT, validation, and reconciliation.
• Proficient Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, formulas, data analysis).
• Experience with relational databases and large datasets.
• Knowledge of Python/Pandas for data analysis and automation preferred.
• Understanding of statistics, KPIs, trends, and business metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience translating business requirements into analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Perform data profiling, reconciliation, trend analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and KPIs.
• Build data models and reusable datasets for reporting and analysis.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support business decisions.
• Identify data quality issues and work with teams to resolve them.
• Automate recurring reports and analytical processes where possible.
• Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation for reports, KPIs, data definitions, and processes.
