Job summary

JPS Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd in Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking a data/operations-oriented professional to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics. You will leverage advanced Excel, SQL, and GenAI coding to provide actionable insights for engineering leadership.

You will coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, and finance to ensure accurate reporting and governance, while identifying automation opportunities to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA scripting.
• Strong SQL database build and querying experience.
• Experience with generative AI coding (Claude).
• Ability to analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain engineering metrics, scorecards, trackers, and reports.
• Support vendor management activities and reporting.
• Maintain knowledge repositories and governance artifacts.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, presentations, and reviews.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to support operational objectives.
• Identify process improvements and automate manual activities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA scripting, and automation techniques to develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards.
• Expertise in SQL database build and querying
• Expertise in generative AI Claude coding.
• Analyze, validate, reconcile, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights and support engineering leadership decision-making.
• Create and maintain engineering metrics, scorecards, trackers, and management reports with a high degree of accuracy.
• Support vendor management activities, including resource tracking, onboarding/offboarding coordination, invoice validation, and vendor reporting.
• Manage and maintain knowledge repositories, operational documentation, procedures, and governance artifacts.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, presentations, summaries, and operational reviews for leadership and stakeholders.
• Handle sensitive business, financial, and personnel information with the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and discretion.
• Coordinate effectively with engineering teams, vendors, project managers, finance, HR, and leadership to support operational objectives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, automate manual activities, and enhance operational efficiency through analytical problem-solving.
