Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a Data Quality Assurance Engineer to join its Data & Analytics team in a hybrid Chicago-area environment. This full-time role focuses on ensuring information accuracy across large-scale systems, partnering with analytics, architecture, engineering, and business teams.

You will validate data movement, execute ETL and regression testing, and help establish enterprise data quality standards while supporting BI reporting and dashboards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with ETL testing and data validation

• Experience with Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, C#, or similar scripting languages
