Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with ensuring accuracy and consistency of data across multiple systems.
• Ability to generate and customize reports for athletes from PDP events.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to process complex data sets.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute personalized Player Reports for PDP athletes.
• Query databases and software applications to extract data from multiple systems.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor data accuracy and track quality metrics.
• Aggregate, organize and analyze athlete performance data to support analytics initiatives.
• Communicate with athletes and families regarding scheduling and post-event report delivery.
• Collaborate with MLB staff on registration, data management and event logistics.
• Identify opportunities for growth in data management and reporting.
