Job summary

Welo Data seeks a Data Quality Analyst to support data quality across DLA teams and ensure outputs meet defined standards. You will audit results, provide actionable feedback, and serve as the first line of support for DLAs by interpreting guidelines and addressing questions.

You will help DLAs navigate evolving instructions and contribute to onboarding through hands-on coaching. The role emphasizes attention to detail, consistency with evolving guidelines, and experience with AI/ML data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 2–4 years in data annotation, content quality, QA, or related fields.
• Native-level English speaker from EU10 country, UK, Canada or Australia.
• Experience with AI/ML data workflows or human-in-the-loop evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Support quality and execution across DLA teams, ensuring work meets defined standards at scale.
• Audit DLA outputs and provide structured, actionable feedback to improve accuracy and consistency.
• Act as the first line of support for DLAs - answering questions and helping interpret guidelines.
• Help DLAs navigate ambiguity and apply evolving instructions effectively.
• Support onboarding and training of new DLAs through hands-on guidance and coaching.
