Job summary

Guild Mortgage Company is seeking an IT QA Data Quality Analyst to validate data across EDW, Data Services, and related pipelines. You will design tests, run data quality checks, and partner with Data Engineers and BI teams to ensure accurate, complete, and timely data for business users.

You will document evidence, automate repetitive validations, and support release readiness under QA standards, contributing to high-quality data for reporting and decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum two years experience with corporate data management in high-compliance contexts.
• Strong SQL skills and knowledge of data quality concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft/Azure data platforms and cloud data services.
• Experience with automated testing, SQL-based validation, and data quality reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute and improve repeatable Data QA approaches for EDW and Data Services.
• Design and perform data quality checks across the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
• Develop and execute test plans validating mappings, rules, and data integrity.
• Validate CDC processing, masking, and privacy-related transformations.
• Create and maintain BI dashboards showing data quality measures and trends.
