Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights for our US and global businesses. You will build scalable data products, validate data, and support multi-sourced data initiatives within the Data Sciences & Analytics Team.

The role requires hands-on work with SQL, R, Python, Scala, Spark, ETL, and cloud data warehousing, plus the ability to develop dashboards and ensure data quality. A bachelor’s in a quantitative field and 3+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with ETL, data transformation, data marts, and data warehousing.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and model outputs.

Responsibilities

• Research Acxiom products and data processes to support analytics.
• Prepare analysis datasets, dedupe, and merge with other datasets.
• Run queries to identify data quality issues and support model validation.
• Collaborate with data scientists to define data sources, algorithms, and implementation.
• Develop dashboards or reporting to monitor data performance and consistency.
• Extract, load, and transform data for modeling; build data marts for scored outputs.
