Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Support clean, accurate, and actionable data around missing/invalid information.
• Coordinate with other departments and clients to share information, data and feedback on missing information activities.
• Execute client contact to recover missing/invalid information via phone, email, or fax with root-cause analysis.
• Document outcomes and keep missing information records up to date.
• Identify and manage process improvement activities related to resolving missing information sources.
• Identify opportunities to enhance staff and client education; coordinate training sessions.
