Data Quality Manager

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is a leading non-profit healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education, and treatment using evidence-based models.

Job Summary

The CBI Data Quality Manager oversees the data team within the Quality Management department. This role is responsible for data validation, quality, analysis, and communication to support service quality and organizational strategy. The manager should be familiar with data validation, analysis, governance, infrastructure, and informatics, and will help advance CBI’s data management practices. The role includes developing and implementing a data quality strategy for the organization. Employees are expected to fulfill these duties with accountability and capability.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Software Programming, Technology, Engineering, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of five years experience in healthcare data management, analysis, or strategy; behavioral health experience preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS SQL required.
  • Experience with NextGen is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools required.
  • 3-5 years of management experience required.
  • Valid identification required.
  • Certified Health Data Analyst (CHDA) or equivalent certification required.
  • Power BI Data Analyst Professional certification preferred.
  • Additional certifications (CHTS-PW, Workflow Redesign, Data+) preferred.
  • Ability to obtain a fingerprint clearance card.
