Job summary

ApartmentIQ is seeking a Data Quality Lead to oversee data quality across our real estate data platform. You will lead investigations, root-cause analyses, and implement controls while collaborating with Product and Engineering to improve internal tools and AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in data quality, data operations, analytics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience performing root cause analysis and turning findings into actions.
  • Proficiency with SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools.
  • Experience developing/improving data quality controls and processes.
  • Comfort with automation and AI-assisted tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance hands-on work with team leadership and long-term process development.

Our sister company, MavenAI, delivers AI-powered marketing automation built by industry experts and integrated directly with property management systems, serving over 2M units.**About The Role**ApartmentIQ is seeking a Data Quality Lead to oversee the processes, controls, and team responsible for maintaining the quality of the data used across our products.This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for investigating data issues, identifying root causes, improving quality-control processes, and reporting on overall data health.
