Job summary

Corning Incorporated is seeking a Data Quality Analyst in Charlotte, NC. You will partner with data stewards and business stakeholders to ensure accuracy and reliability of enterprise data, translate requirements into testable data rules, and drive governance across teams.

The role focuses on data quality execution, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration, with heavy emphasis on SAP data stewardship and Planview AgilePlace project practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in data management, data quality, data governance, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with data quality systems, tools, and processes.
• Experience with SAP information stewardship and data quality initiatives.
• Ability to translate business requirements into measurable, testable data quality rules.

Responsibilities

• Identify, resolve, and prevent data quality issues with data stewards and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear, testable data quality rules.
• Monitor data quality results and drive corrective actions.
• Lead data quality improvements across global functions (Supply Chain, Engineering, Pricing, Customer Care, PLM, Finance).
• Lead Agile project activities and manage governance documentation.
