Stellent IT LLC is seeking an experienced Data Quality Engineer to support governance, quality, and lineage initiatives across capital markets data domains. The role emphasizes Collibra-driven governance, Azure-based data platforms, and collaboration with data strategy and engineering teams to deliver trusted data.

The candidate should bring deep expertise in data quality, metadata management, and data profiling, with strong SQL and Python skills, and familiarity with CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data governance or data quality roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data quality rules using Collibra DQ.
• Implement and manage data governance assets (business glossary, data catalog, stewardship workflows).
• Support data lineage mapping across systems and pipelines.
• Perform data profiling, validation, and issue analysis using SQL.
• Integrate Collibra with Azure data platform (ADF, Databricks, Data Lake).
• Develop automation and utilities using Python or similar languages.
• Collaborate with Data Owners and Engineers to define and enforce DQ controls.
• Ensure code promotion using CI/CD, version control (Git), and deployment best practices.
• Maintain documentation and governance artifacts in Confluence and repositories.
